Craft brewery & kitchen for the thirsty and the hungry

The first batch of BEER at this address was brewed at the end of 2018, still under the brand name Pivovar Ossegg Praha. The brewery’s technology was supplied by Litvínovské Strojírny and consists of a three-vessel brewhouse with a capacity of 1,500 l and 9 cylindrical-conical tanks with a capacity of 3,000 l. In mid-2024, the brewery changes owner and name to the current ŘÍMSKÁ Pivovar a Restaurace. What has not changed, however, is the brewer. The young and promising JAN WIESNER remains the same. Under his baton, 4 STÁLICE are brewed here, but you can also taste famous seasonal specials, refreshing traditional beers of great quality, always 1-2 on tap.
